Wedding dress prices vary from brand to brand and are dependent on the quality of the craftsmanship, fabric used and specific details on the dress. Our prices range from R 20 000 – R 55 000 with most dresses between R 25 000 – R37 000.

Normal order lead times

Since your wedding dress will be made on order, our normal order lead times are 12 – 16 weeks. We also require an additional 6 – 8 weeks for alterations. We highly recommend that you shop and order your dress 6 to 8 months ahead of your wedding day, to avoid any unnecessary pressure.
Once your order has been placed with us, we will confirm the arrival date of your dress. From here, you can relax and enjoy the rest of your wedding planning journey while your wedding dress is in good hands!

Rush Order options

At Timeless Bridal Couture, we understand the journey you are about to embark on and that there are isolated cases where planning months ahead of the wedding might be impossible. To assist you in finding your perfect dress on time, we offer rush and super rush options at an additional cost and subject to confirmation from our suppliers.

We encourage you to kindly contact us if you find yourself in a situation where you do not have 6 – 8 months to order your wedding dress. We will go the extra mile to accommodate you in any possible way to make sure that your wedding day remains an unforgettable experience.

Trying on wedding dresses is a special occasion. We work on an appointment basis to make sure we dedicate all our love, attention, and expertise into your fitting!

Our intimate and exclusive bridal consultations are an hour and a half long. During your consultation you are allowed to fit as many dresses as you wish in the available time.
You will not only get a wide selection of wedding dresses and accessories to choose from, but we will also provide you with a variety of refreshments, including a selection of tea, coffee, and sparkling wine.

Our bridal consultants will assist you to find that perfect wedding dress. With our experience and knowledge, we will have the knack to advise and recommend dresses that will not only fit your body type and skin tone, but also your personal style.

Please note that since we are providing you with a highly professional service and expertise, we charge a R480 consultation fee.

After your dress fitting, you are invited to come for a complimentary follow-up to fit your favourite dress or dresses again before making your final decision.

Finding your wedding dress is a once in a lifetime experience. Make sure you select only those closest to you that will enhance this experience for you. We allow 2 guests and the bride.

Wedding dress sizes are brand specific. We use your bust, waist, and hip measurements to determine the size we need to order from the brand specific size chart. We also consider the wedding dress style and fit before making a final decision on which size to order for you.

We have highly skilled wedding dress seamstresses who are on standby to make the necessary alterations to your wedding dress. This way we can be certain that you are utterly happy with the way your dress fit before your wedding day.

Once your dress arrives at our studio, we will contact you to arrange your first wedding dress fitting. Your first fitting will ideally be 8 weeks before the wedding. Depending on the extent of alterations that need to be done, we will confirm the number of fittings after the first one at our studio. Your final fitting will be 2-3 weeks before your wedding day to ensure the perfect fit of your wedding dress.

Buyers beware! No authentic bridal brands sell their wedding dresses online. There is no substitute for the quality and designs of wedding gowns purchased through authorised wedding dress retailers like Timeless Bridal Couture. No authorised bridal retailers will sell authentic wedding dresses designed by recognised bridal brands online. For this reason, none of our wedding dresses are available for online sale, as it is prohibited by recognised bridal brands. Timeless Bridal Couture is an authorised retailer for Essense of Australia, Stella York, Madi lane, and Tiffany’s Bridal.

Making your wedding dress dreams a reality is our priority, and we know that being able to get something back for your wedding dress after the wedding can help a great deal. Which is why we have a resell service exclusively for our brides.

To qualify for this service, your dress will need to be in good condition after the wedding – you are welcome to utilize our dress wash & repair service to assist with this. Once received, your dress will hang in our studio until we find an interested buyer. Once the buyer has made payment, we will contact you and repay a percentage of your original purchase price back to you.

We highly recommend making use of this option if you originally planned to rent a wedding gown and decided to purchase your wedding dress after your dress fitting.

Of course! We know how precious your wedding dress is and we offer a wedding dress cleaning, pressing and repair service to ensure that your gown is in perfect condition before storing or reselling your wedding dress.

Yes, we do offer payment plans as making your wedding dress dreams come true is our utmost priority. Your consultant will be able to discuss the options available to you during your Exclusive Bridal Consultation.

We are open Monday – Friday from 08:00 – 17:00, and Saturday from 07:30 – 17:20. We are closed on Sunday and Public Holidays.

Our luxury wedding dresses are a range of designer bridal gowns that have been imported from the world’s finest wedding dress designers. Each gown features impeccable construction, luxurious details and the highest quality fabrics. Due the magnificence of these wedding dresses, their price points begin at R42 000+ when ordering new.

We do ask a consultation fee to secure your appointment. You will be receiving the undivided attention of one of our highly skilled bridal stylists in assisting you to find your perfect wedding dress, and for this professional service we ask a R480 consultation fee.

Our consultations are 90 minutes long, and there is no limit to the amount of dresses you wish to fit during this allocated time.

You may fit as many dresses as you wish during your allocated consultation time.

Due to nature of our experience, and the luxurious quality of our product, no children under the age of 10 are permitted in our studio.

For this special occasion we advise wearing appropriate undergarments, like seam-free nude underwear and any shapewear that you plan on wearing on your wedding day. We also recommend bringing along some inspiration pictures and embracing an open-mind – sometimes the perfect wedding dress finds you!

Kindly note that our studio is a phone-free zone, and thus we do not allow photographs. We encourage you to be fully present during this once-in-a-lifetime journey of finding the perfect wedding dress.
