We offer an all-inclusive service to our customers, which include the following:
- Private Consultations: When you book one of your private, exclusive consultations, you will find that the entire consultation is just about you! You’ll have our undivided attention during your session and we’ll take the time to thoroughly understand what you need, allowing us to provide expert advice and recommendations about suitable attire for your body shape, skin tone and your personal flair. It’s also possible to customise a dress for you and we help you to choose the perfect accessories to complete the look. Be warned though that our appointments must be booked well in advance to avoid disappointment.
- Alterations: We have an on-site seamstress who will ensure that any alterations required to your bridal gown are carried out with complete attention to detail and great care. Our state-of-the-art sewing machines and skilful artistry ensure that all adjustments made meet our high standards and that you will look great on your wedding day.
- Dress Washing and Repairs: Our professional bridal gown cleaning and press service ensure that your gown is looking its best after your special day, especially if you would like to resell it. If you wish to keep your dress, but managed to damage it on your wedding day, our skilful seamstress can repair for you.
- Dress Resale: As you probably know, the economy today is not exactly what it used to be and as a result, many women don’t necessarily wish to keep their dresses. So, of course, we are here to help, but in order for you to sell your dress, it will have to be laundered, pressed and repaired (if needed) before resale. We will also provide a resale service for you by hanging your dress in our store while we find an interested buyer. Once payment has been made, we will reimburse you a percentage of the original purchase price of the dress.
