Appointment Arrangements
Please take note of the following important arrangements:
- For our highly professional service and expertise, we charge a R280 consultation fee.
- The consultation fee is payable online whilst making your booking.
- Once your booking has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
- Due to the nature of the experience, we kindly request that no children under the age of 10 years attend the consultation.
- You are more than welcome to bring up to 2 guests with to your fitting.
- Please take note that we do not hire out our formal dresses.
- Cancellations will only be accepted 72 hours in advance.
- A 10% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.
Reschedule & Cancellations
Rescheduling of appointments
Rescheduling will only be allowed 72 hours in advance.
Only one reschedule per bride will be allowed.
